Lady Death

This movie is easily the worst thing I've reviewed since the invention of pie! I found it through a trailer on one of my animes but it isn't even an anime!!It an american animated film based of an american comic! So may be it just doesn't belong on my blog?
Anyway. Lady death is a film that tried to pull in all the aspects of the comics into an 80 minute film. Because of this the plot has ended up a bit dodgy and rushed. Apparently it's set in 15th Centuary Sweden but there isn't really an way of noticing! But it's obviously set in the olden days during a time of war.
Basically they have a really bad Kings who is sending the country into constant wars thus killing most the men of the country. The king has a daughter, Hope, who is madly in love with a young chap named Niccolo, who recently quite med school in hopes of  running away with Hope.

But just as Niccolo makes this suggestion, Hope's over-sized father comes along and forces Niccolo to join the army as a medic. Which is obviously quite distressing for Hope who doesn't really react at all.
So then the church decide that the King is going against God's law so they decide to rebel! They infiltrate the castle only to find that the King is literally the devil in disguise. He was just in the middle of sending a load of souls to hell when every one burst in. So the King/Lucifer ran away (quite why the devil needs to run away from a bunch of peasants I don't know) and left the town folk with his daughter.
So the towns folk, needing some one to blame, accused Hope of being the devils assistant and locked her away. Obviously Hope actually had nothing to do with Lucifer so denied all allegations but that wasn't going to stop her being burnt at the stake. But when a demon comes down to ask her to join hell instead of suffering the flames she ends up accepting once she's told she can meet Niccolo again in hell. Which is obviously lies because when she is taken to hell both Niccolo and her pressumed-dead Mother are trapped by Lucifers spell. So when Lucifer asks Hope to join him and reign over Hell she refuses and finds herself thrown from his castle. After surviving a 100ft plus fall (just don't ask) she finds herself in the company of Lucifer's ex-blacksmith (who is also over-sized). Then, I'm not sure how, but he ends up teaching her how to fight with swords. Then, I'm even more unsure how this happens, her hair goes randomly white and she's suddenly fighting in her underwear using random blue electricity!
Then she decides that the black smiths swords aren't good enough so she goes and steals on from one of Lucifers guards which then means she has a giant army (again, just don't ask).
So, Hope proclaims a full-out war against Lucifer under the name of Lady Death and so half of the film is of a poorly animated war. It's like watching a series of Gifs!! There's no good characters no good voices! I actually have nothing good to say about this film!! I suppose Lucifer was quite well drawn... but seriously? Bad bad bad bad bad!! I will use this as a reminder to stick to asian things!
